My name is Eslin Martinez, and I have 25 years of experience in the roofing industry. I started from the bottom as a groundman, picking up debris from the roof. However, I wanted to become more than just a groundman. I began learning by observing the mechanics and how they installed roofs, asking questions, and seeking knowledge. With the support of my lovely wife, I bought books and started studying diligently to become an expert in all things roofing.
By God's grace alone, my wife and I were able to open Shield Proof Roofing. Today, we stand 25 years strong together with our amazing kids. Looking back, I truly believe that starting from the bottom has given me a deeper appreciation for every achievement and milestone we've reached.
